"Received a call from Britney indicating that I have pension case in their office and I or my attorney need to return her call within the next day. I received the same call last week from a Linda. I am not of retirement age. I have blocked this number and reported as a scam."

"Received a call again today, just like yesterday but yesterday her name was Linda now this morning she is Nancy. also they called me private, the good thing about my phone is that if it is a scam number the caller id will show that. It's a feature i have on my cell phone. This is starting to get annoying and very aggravating. They need to be stopped."

"The call started with "do you have an attorney?" "you're in pre-trial for fraud" I advised that she, Brittany, must state what the debt, or reason for the call is as well as her employer. She then started calling me a liar and a thief. She hung up, I called back and was hung up on again, I called a third time and left a "nice" message for the scam artists (and believe I will call them everyday until they get the hint). I've ran a collections department for 9 years and know the difference. This is a scam, please do not give these people your information. Request a physical address from them and do research prior to giving any information to them. There is a Dugan & Associates in PA, but that law firm is registered to an injury attorney."

"I have received two calls with voice mails left from Brittany at Dugan and Associates for a supposed check fraud case that they are reporting to the state asking for me or my attorney to call them back. When you call no matter the time and ask for Brittany you are always advised she is in court. Then when you start asking any questions they hang up on you. I have been hung up on 6 times."
