"The caller identifies herself as Laura from a Dispatch and reports she has made several attempts to reach a relative of mine to be served papers concerning a court date. Because her attempts have failed she says my relative may miss a court date and that she should consider herself "served" She also states that she must report to some site to appear in court and the give a fake file number to reference when you call."
