"Red screen popup on my computer by Google Chrome stating I had hackers. Actually called this number, they identified themselves as Microsoft workers company called Easy Tech. Were in my computer for almost 2 hours and said I had a tiny banker trojan. They said it was hackers. Wanted me to pay 299.99, when I asked why, they said my warranty with Microsoft ran out. So, I tried to buy the "new program" they were offering and my bank called me and reported my card stolen. Why would Google Chrome have such a popup? When I told them my bank just called and reported my card stolen asked me why. I then in turn asked them the same question and they got nasty and said how should they know. I told them to get off my computer and I unplugged it and disconnected the internet."
