"Calls several times a day, doesn’t say anything. When you call back they won’t answer. Calls in the morning and sometimes even after midnight! Got them now though, and their number. :-) They are now on the blacklist so they are blocked from all calls now. (Your phone company can block them for you)

If your getting calls like this on a house phone, look up smart call blocker telephones. (Caller if required) Easily blocks them and all robo callers . There apps that blocks people like this too for smartphones. Hope this helps"
