"The man called and was very rude!! Refused to answer my questions and started cussing me out and harrassing me, and Calling me names because i kept asking the same questions. He said he had legal paperwork for me and kept asking if i received any in the last 30 to 45 days. I asked him for what several times and that is when he got rude and ignorant."
