"This caller, asked to speak to someone regarding one of our stores. I told him without a name I can't transfer him. Immediately he became nasty. Telling me to stop listening to music and to do my job. Then he asked to speak to my supervisor. I told him he's going to get customer service instead. We have the right here to not deal with rude or unwanted sales people because that's what he's coming off ass. A pissed off customer is one thing, but a rude sales person who's trying to get through by being mean and condescending is another."
