Second call at 11:30 - Mortgage financing company. Asked where they were located - response "Richmond Hill". Asked why their phone number displayed is USA, they said "it doesn't matter!" Asked why a USA number would be calling about Canadian mortgage, we are on "do not call list" and if they call again they would be reported to police for harassment."
