"They present themselves social security officer with names like Aaron Clark, Richard Green, Ashley with a heavy Indian accent. They provide their badge number. They come up with a case where a social security number is attached to. For example, a car was stolen in TX and your social security is attached to it and there is an arrest warrant. They ask first last 4 digit of a SSN and then later a list of all assets and a mailing address. They ask if there is more than one address and put on hold to see if the application is accepted to stop the warrant for arrest one time. They come back stating it passed and ask for the full SSN."

"Same comments. Said they were the Social Security office. I asked where they were located, after a few secs delay, she said Maryland, but 973 is Acton, Mass. I said this was a scam call, she denied it, I hung up."
