"I started receiving calls from this number Thursday, July 2, 2015. Except for the 4th they've been calling daily."

"For one year nie, very rude men with India accent usually call every 2 weeks, although 3 times in past 3 days. Knows my name, ins company, b'day, my doctors, and several different medicsl conditions I was either tested for or diagnosed with. When I was tested for diabetes, he said he was from the American Diabetes Assn but wouldn't give any other info; only said he was selling supplies for diabetics. When treated for an injury, he said he was selling pain management supplies. Phone co cant trace it bec it is all 000. All different doctors, so unlikely they gave out my info. Didn't have lab work done for each, so not the lab. Ins co said my info is not released to anyone. So disturbing."
