"These people are scammers. They call to try to get you to log into your computer so they can access your information. Do not do what they say! My grandparents get many calls from these people, sometimes from various numbers. They will say they are with a computer company and continue with saying your computer is infected with viruses. Typically an Indian male, who will say his name is something like Robert. If the name doesn't match the accent, hang up! They will try to get you to put in your checking account information, so that you can pay for something that will "fix" your computer. It's just so they can access your checking account to transfer money to themselves. Please be cautious as to who you trust! tell anyone that calls regarding something like this that you will personally take your pc in to a local specialist and hang up. Note, they may call back and be angry. If this happens, don't be afraid to call it in!"
