In return I would get free HD channels. I told him I thought it was BS that I had to pay for a software charge. When I challenged him again about his intentions and his phone number he just kept repeating the same thing. After I told him not interested several times, I called Dish network and they said it was a total scam and they (the real Dish Network) already have all the information like receiver ID."
