"My mother got this call today saying they were going to send her to court for something she didn't pay. She asked for proof so she could look into this on her bank statements.. They got all offensive and said she didn't need to do all of that, there was no reason to do so. These scammers think people are actually going to fall for their bull ***** ."

"This is a scam fake debt collector, they know a whole lot of information about you but once you start debating the "debt" they freak out and start to threat. Targeting mostly Spanish speakers with intimidation tactics. I hung up on the woman who called and she called back leaving a message saying that I will have a lawyer at my home in a week and I needed to go to the Miami "court""
