"Maria Muñoz/ Paz called my dad on 09/14/2017 telling him he owed the Company $800 that he needed to accept a package and pay the amount so they won't take him to court. So when my father explains to me everything they told him, he also said he had ordered twice from Bio Life natural pills but he always paid them it was never they credit or anything. So I called the phone where they called him from and I asked why is he in collection and since when they said his bein in collections since 2015 and he needed to pay so they won't take him to court and she she said my father accepted his collection and that they have him in recording so he now has accept the package they will send him and he has to pay them by Money Order!!!
I confronted her told her this all bs and that I know it's a fraud and she starts insulting me saying all Mexican are so uneducated and rude!! THESE ARE SCAMS PEOPLE DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY ARE TELLING YOU!! "This number has been harassing my mother claiming that she made a phone order in 2015 in which she has yet to pay. They claim to have that voice recording of her making that order. The initially left a voicemail saying that she owed that money and they were taking her to collection. I later called back and requested to speak to that person who left her that voicemail. When i called, the "receptionist" answered in which i ask for her name and refused to give me that information because she was a "receptionist" i demanded to have her name and she told me that they will call me back and hung up. They indeed called us back. The lady who first answered the phone told us that we were going to get a call back from the person who left that voicemail. when we spoke to the second lady, i asked for the case # and all the information about the "order" that was made she refused. We started arguing and hung up. These rude ladies should get a real job! Not getting hardworking peoples money!"
