"Calls are coming in at obnoxious volumes, approximately 2-4 per day. This has been going on for about a week. I have attempted to dial back, but when the other line picks up, there is no one there. I do not receive any automated messages, either. I would VERY much like for this idiocy to stop."

"I receive two to three calls from this number a day all hours of the day and I would like them to stop calling me I have no association with Capital One or their scams"

"Random calls from this number. My cell phone is on the DO NOT CALL list. Called me at work and when I was driving home. I don't answer my phone on the road anyway, but it is annoying to get unsolicited calls on my cell phone."

"Keeps calling my phone from early morning until late night. Seven days a week even on holidays. I have spoken to their representatives twice today, and they still call. There is no reason for these harassing calls. They are calling to speak to my husband but this is my phone not his. I keep telling Captial One that. Today I have recieved 5 calls from them(sunday). Spoke to 2 representatives. I called them the first time after the second call for today. Then I spoke to another when they called the 5th time today. I don't want them calling me. I understand they have to make their calls, but it has nothing to do with me. This is completely unacceptable and intolerable. I want it to stop or I will take further action."
