"Began receiving calls from this number on July 18, 2015 at 8:04am, 12:47pm, then at 2:48pm all in one day. Then again the next day 19th at 8:43am and 12:49pm. On this sunday morning, at least a message was left on my voice mail that sounds a lot like an automated male voice saying, "It is stirring (blah blah) important that you contact citi regarding an important matter with your credit card issue box citi. This is not a sales call. And you may reach us at 1 866 609 8298, and the agent can assist you. Thank you." Even after the messages, the same number calls at least 6 times in different times of day. Citi is mentioned, but....but I have not applied to any credit card company for the past year."
