"As many of you, I got a computer call from Kathy Jackson, asking me to call this number: 888-587-1368 to get a refund from Microsoft. I called it, got a guy to asked me to open up an application called Supremo, which allows them to remotely manage your computer. He said it was the only way to fill out the refund questionaire...right! Hung up."
