I laughed and said what a thrill it was to have Microsoft call me. He said they weren't with Microsoft. Next time was about 12 hours later and I was told that this was the supervisor because I was abusive to the previous technician. (I actually wasn't...I just laughed.) My husband picked up on the second call while I was talking and he WAS abusive and so was the guy on the other end of the line!"
