"I received a recorded call that was cut off on my voice mail and made the mistake of calling back. The man identified himself as Daniel Cruz, badge number 958126. I was being subpoenad for tax fraud on my returns from 2012-2016. When I inquired why I had received no written notice of review or audit, he said that two attempts were made to deliver notice and I was not home. The officer who tried to deliver "took a picture of my house". Similar threats of court case, garnished wages, frozen bank accounts, and 72 hours in jail prior to trial."

"Middle eastern Caller left a message saying that they were Daniel Cruz from the IRS and that I needed to call before I got arrested due to tax evasion. I called him back and I asked him why he was calling me. He said because I wasn't paying my taxes. I ask him if he even knew who I was and he didn't, he just said I wasn't paying my taxes. I got irate and told him to NOT call my number again and hung up!! Something needs to be done to stop these people from calling and leaving threatening messages on peoples phones!"
