"Received vm to call number back, so out of curiosity, I did. An Indian gentleman answered phone and rambled something off that I couldn’t understand, and I asked him to repeat it. He hung up on me. I called again. Same guy answered. I asked where I was calling and why. He said he was Windows tech support and that I owed $300, and that he was gonna “Help [me] out.” I asked him if he knew who he was talking to, and he hung up."
