"They've called 3 times today and left a message each time saying that I needed to call them back as they were the IRS. The message was left by a text to speech program with their broken English with improper grammar. RED FLAG!"

"They called and said they are from the IRS and IRS have a lawsuit filed against me and that I need to pay. I asked for a case #, they gave me this CP11TA. He said I will be taken to jail if I don't corporate and pay the fine. I couldn't understand what he's saying so I asked for someone who can speak better English. He said ok. Then he transferred me to a guy name Brandon Black who sounds just like him. He's referring to my tax year 2016. He said a letter was sent to me on 1/17/17 and 2nd letter was sent to me on 2/17. I asked him how could this be? You issued me a letter before I even file my taxes? Then I hung up."

Carrier is listed as Xo Cmmunications, complained to Verizon, and they expect to shut this crook down in the next 48 hours, hopefully arrest them, a good use of my tax dollars, put them in jail with no electronics."
