"I received a call from the number 312 so I called my phone company to help me find out who the call came from and why only 3 digits.I found out that the call might have been from Chicago and I have no way of blocking it.When my phone rings I never hear a voice and when I try to call back and the call isn't answered. I was told never to pick up my phone when I see this number and many complaints have been made about it."

"Getting calls from 312 on my cell phone. I don't answer any numbers I don't know and a 3 digit number, no way will I pick up. If it is a ligitimate call, I would expect a voice mail. but none are left. I would recommend not answering. Someone out there will find out where this is coming from eventually."
