Here's how... Contacted the Sears Customer Service through an email I sent via their web site. Reported the problem, gave my phone numbers and referred them to this site to prove it wasn't my imagination and others were having the same problem. They responded next morning, saying they would remove my phone numbers, but it may take 4-6 weeks! Three days later the calls stopped and I haven't received one in the last 4 days.
