"Essentially the same as all the other reports. Got a threat which included "a fine to your name here in my agencies of 1,500 dollars and if you do not pay your fine of 1,500 dollars for the good who will suffer and pay the consequences of all of this will be your family." This was followed by incredibly graphic images.

Luckily the internet exists so I was able to figure out that it was just a scam. It's definitely Eric Fabian, as I explicitly asked if this was Mr. Fabian. He said "yes problem okay." Blocked his number and will forward this to the appropriate authorities."
