"This is a # from Finland. They are repeatedly calling, sometimes back to back. They are calling on average 15x a day. I have told them to stop & have reported them. It doesn't seem to make a difference as they've called 6x in the last 2 hours."

"They have called at least 6 times today, 4 times in the last hour and a half. They say they are calling from some US Grants something or other, and that my name and number have been chosen. I have asked every time I answer to be taken off of the list and apparently that's not happening."
