"Call from Process Division: wanting place of employment and Address..."

"I received a phone call from (801)208-9465 that left me a message stating that they were from the process division trying to verify my current address as well as place of business to proceed against me. They also said that I have forfeited my rights to take care of the matter out of court and they will contact my human resources department to follow proper protocol and procedure to serve me on the property. It leaves the number 501-210-8053 to talk to a live agent and that I needed to give them my reference number which was not given. They never identified who the client was that they were calling in reference to either."

"I received a phone call from this number on 11/11/2019. They left a voicemail and also disguised it as Utah Number: 801-208-8465 In the voicemail they stated it was a "Process Division" and they wanted to verify my "address and place of address." They made intimidating comments including stating my not answering was acknowledging that I am "forfeiting the right to take care of this matter outside of court" and they would contact my "HR department to serve me on the property." They later stated I could "rectify" this with the "client" (no name given) by calling a number (510-210-8053) and giving them my case number (no case number given). I called my local police department to vet the call and they also informed me if this was a legal matter, I would receive a document in the mail as well."

"I have been receiving harassment phone calls from these people. They keep saying that they're gonna freeze my bank account which I know isn't true and that they're serving me legal papers and see me in court"

"This number disguised itself as ‭(801) 208-9465‬. It left a very disturbing voicemail, claiming to be tied to Human Resources. I have done nothing wrong as of late, and I question whether these people exist."
