"Claims to be Microsoft tech. Wants me to get on my computer. He matches my name, phone number and read off a number and said it was my computer IP address. Calls at least once every 2-3 weeks. He started using profanity this time calling be names. CAN NOTHING BE DONE? THESE PEOPLE CAN HARASS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE?!!!!!!!!!"
