"Insisted he was with Blue cross and blue shield and needed to verify my information. I immediately was irritated because i could not understand him very well. I told him I do not give out that info over phone. Then he kept saying Medicaid needs to verify, then they will stop calling me.(I got FIVE calls today)I have never been on medicaid. I told him I am not giving him ANY of my personal info so stop calling me. He said just needs to know when I last went to the dr and who my dr is. I said "if you were with my insurance you would know KNOW this, stop calling me". He literally would not stop arguing to get me to give the info out. I told him I will call my insrance company tomrrow so he puts a foreign speaking woman on the phone who asks me when I last seen dr., and what is my address. I hung up on her. I was ANGRY. SCAMMERS. I have been on no call list since FEB OF 2010"

"Called to say they were updating 2018 healthcare information. Asked me for my PCM name and address. I asked why are they calling to verify when I already talked to my insurance company to update information. I had a gut feeling questions would lead to SSN, DOB, etc. and declined to answer further questions and hung up. I then called my insurance company UHC and they confirmed this number and call was not from them. They suggested a fill out a report fraud abuse form on their website."
