"I got this call today and they left a message in a Middle Eastern sounding language and laughing. Not sure who it was or what they wanted, but I blocked the number."

"The FCC needs to step up and put an end to this. For the past week or so, my cell phone has been receiving repeated phone calls showing the number set forth below.

If I don't recognize the number on my Caller ID, I DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL. Everyone conducts themselves the same way.

"Weird number called me decided to answer didn't talk I waited to hear a voice. I heard background noise slightly like breathing, waited 5 seconds said sup, an they hung up."

"Had seen this # on my caller ID. Finally answered 1 of the calls. Man with very heavy accent (sounds like from India), asks to speak to someone in my household, but this is MY phone. Guy hard to understand but finally understand he's saying the person he's asking for "his loan for$55,000 has been approved". I tell him this is MY phone & I'm on the ,"Do Not Call List" & tell him to please remove me from their call list. Man goes on arguing that this is Not my phone, but rather mine & the person he's calling​for. Then provides me with other person's name & MY email address. Starts asking me questions & I tell him it's none of his business. He says he doesn't have the authority to remove my number from their list. I ask for his supervisor. He says sure & puts me on hold for 2 seconds, then comes back pretending to be the supervisor. I call him on this saying he sounds EXACTLY like the guy I was just speaking with, and he starts LAUGHING!!! I should have hung up, but I was pissed! So I said "Why would I have ANY interest in doing any sort of business with someone who has already lied to me in the 1st 5mn?!?!"...He still keeps going on so finally I tell him he's psycho & used some very unladylike words and hung up, very annoyed. This number starts calling at 8:10am & keeps going about every 2 hrs. Leaves no mssgs. I tried to block the number, but am unable to as phone says it doesn't recognize the 5 digit number. Keeping fingers crossed they won't call back. Advice for others... don't answer like I did & if u do, just hang up! Don't confirm any of the info he throws at you either."
