But, when I declined, the little prick got beside himself and started threatening me and my family. So, I hung up and he called back and said he was going to keep calling until I threatened to have a detective put a tracer on my phone to find out where he is, then he hung up and hasn't called back. But, that is ridiculous that something like this can be going on for as long as it has according to the other comments below and our government that violates the privacy of american law abiding citizens to so called monitor for terrorist threats, but yet and still they can't stop this moron from harassing people.
