"Same scam. They told me I was being investigated for check fraud, and that I initially made payments and stopped. I never write checks. I told her she was a liar, she said they'll send the paperwork in the mail for a court summons. I told her to do just that, and hung up."

"Received a call from a Dennis Lyons which was an automated phone call stating a claim was filed against me and I’m being charged with wire and bank fraud. The message stated for my attorney to call to discuss. I called the 602-666-7776 number and a very rude lady was pressuring me to settle on a loan payment from some online company 7 years ago. Told me my accounts and wages would be freezed and garnished. She refused to work with me or give me more details about the issue and then hung up on me as I became violent. The lady refused to tell me her company info and said I would find out once served."

"Same scam, wanting me to call back a 7063410076 number, call came from a local number, same scam, just d it. Same guy, Dennis Lyons, but didn't give details of some claim made against me. If there was a claim made against me, I would have known about it long before now. This is a financial scam"

"They callled saying they sent me papers on a loan I took out in 2011, gave me the incorrect address, incorrect email, and incorrect bank. I’ve only had my AZ phone number for about 5 years so total scam!! Mans name was Dennis Lyons with some financial institute trying to collect money, when you call back you get this very rude lady that try’s to settle with you."

"Exactly the same thig. Told me I was being sued for deception of a financial institution. Gave me some name of a finance company I’ve never heard of. Did I quit paying a loan. I proved I never took a lon from this lender produced the statements showing they never sent me any money and the so called payments I made for months then stopped never drew off my account. Total scam offering me a settlement out of court."

I called the 602 number back and this rude ***** lady told me I was being pursued for theft by deception. I told her to come get me. She said she would turn it over to the sheriff today.
