"Got called today. Couldn't understand much due to his broken English. Something about from us health department giving me money. Told them to take me off call list as I am registered with do not call. Had to ask for supervisor who told me I had to listen to him of they would continue to call me. I said nope and hung up. He called back on a blocked number. I couldn't understand him and just kept repeating that for a couple of minutes then hung up. Next time they call I'm using my air horn!"
