Clearly a phishing call."

"Called my cell phone and rang several times. I did not answer as I screen my calls and never answer anytime the caller is unknown. First thought was 'How strange there is no area code'. This was around 5:15 in the afternoon."

"Recorded voice informed me that my BECU bank card was locked...I disconnected before hearing more.

I usually never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but I had just texted a friend I was worried about and thought she may have called from another number."
