"Same as the other reports, there is a complaint against you, press 1 to talk to an attendant on the line or call the 7045858987 to discuss the complaint. they called three times so far. The weird thing is on caller ID it shows the phone number of a friend in NY. So somehow they are displaying his number on our caller ID. The last call was Aug 16th at 6:34PM."

"I received vm message on cell 7/27/18 @ 1:43p from 817-203-0158 stating my full name and that there was a complaint against me. It stated this is the second documented attempt to reach me and if I didn’t resolve the matter legal action under law in my state would be pursued and gave a “complaint” number and said to call 704-585-8987. I did not respond. Today, 7/31/18, received same message on vm at work. I called number and talked to “claim specialist” Diane Davis. She asked for “complaint” number, which I gave. They had my DOB and the last four of my SSN. She was “looking up” my info and asked to put me on hold to speak with her supervisor because it looked like legal action had already been taken. I asked what this was in regards to and she said she would tell me after talking to her supervisor. She came back on the line and stated it was an attempt to collect a debt and stated I had two Citibank CCs, one had gone to judgement and the other ending in 9553 had outstanding balance of $18,197. She asked about the judgement and I told her it was a matter of public record, she could look it up. She asked about the other one stating she was ready to make a settlement offer. I told her I did not know of any debt that was subject to legal action and asked if she could mail me something. She stated something was already mailed and that is why they were calling. I again asked for something to be mailed and stated they should have my mailing address on file. She stated she would just have to report to the creditor that I refused to pay and they would move forward with legal action. After hanging up I called back and asked for the name of the company. The new claim specialist reluctantly told me it was Source One Financial Solutions out of Georgia and they were a collection agency. I am concerned because they had my personal information and these people are attempting to scam people out of their money."

"Called and said I owed Citi card money from an old account that i deferred on. Had the last 4 of my social so i thought it was legit at first. I continued the conversation. It had been more than 7 years since i had the card but they fabricated the date of my last payment to make me think it hadn't been 7 years yet. Said that if i didn't pay immediately they would send back to the company as a refusal. Said they could work with me and have me make payments. Told them i have known for seven years plus that i owed Citi and didn't pay them, why would i pay you? Told them go ahead and send it back and have a blessed day. She said good luck. Ha."

"I got the same call today from 347 area code and asked me to call back on 704-585-8987. when I called, guy told me I owe citibank 17000 and they are offering a settlement of 10,000 must be paid asap. Told me last payment I made was Dec 29th, 2011 so I asked about statue of limitation in GA, he lied and said its 7 years where its 6 years. I asked to see something in written so he said I will send you an email and call you at 3.30 exactly and If I dont answer, they will go to court for full amount. well they didnt send me email until 4.06 with no names on the invoice and the amount of $3000 now. They kept calling me from different numbers after telling me if you dont answer at 3.30, we will garnish your wages. SCAM"
