"An annoying message keeps popping up to contact customer service in the text messaging box. When you call the number back a message comes on if you are over 50 years old to offer special incentives...Then a woman answers the phone, a real voice, to sell a 'slip and fall' emergency service. Its all a scam. The message pops up when you try to make a regular phone call...presuming it is your telephone company"
