"The people are from a call center in India and they are spoofing a number that is an actually Apple Store number to make them look like they are actually apple. They are not apple. Even if you block the Apple Store number you will still receive calls because the number is not actually coming from Apple. they are just making it look like that on the caller ID. They are attempting to get access to your computer and hack into your devices if you follow the instructions they give you over the phone. Do not call the 877 or 833 number they tell you to call. It is a scam. They are also only calling landlines. Do not pick up"
