"Left threatening message about a seizure of my bank account. While I have communicated by mail with the IRS, I don't think this call is them. I did call them back, and spoke to someone with a thick accent. I said that I have completed everything that the IRS wanted me to do, why the nasty voice mail ? He said he would research it and call me back."
