"My computer suddenly locked down with warning that I may have been hacked and to call the number on the screen. Person was very Smooth and convincing. They said that I had contacted a virus and offered to clean up the infection and remove the virus. They offered a two year or five year plan. They suggested the five year and wanted me to pay by check but I gave them my cr3dit card number for five year plan. I thought about it over night and called to reduce mu option to the two year plan and they agreed. After talking with my childr3d, I called the credit card company to cancel both transactions and report a fraud. Honestly, I thought I was smarter than to fall for such a scam They convinced me that they were legitimate. One factor that alerted me was the very heavy accents but had very common Amerecan names."

They wanted me to make payment by check but gave credit card number with one half payment and balance next month. After talking to my children and grandchildren I called card company and reported the fraud. And I thought I was smarter than to fall for such a scam. They were very convincing they were ligitamte."

Was given different options as to how much to pay for a complete fix but had to be paid with a money order purchased immediately. The price kept getting higher. After sending the money order I realized that I had been taken."
