That they have "tried to settle" but had no response. Also said they were working with my HR department to serve me for small claims court tomorrow unless I called them back today. But didnt have my phone number, address, place of employment etc....."

"these idiots have been calling me for years to my place of employment. The funny thing about it is that they employ people to place the calls that have no knowledge of the law or the TOO BIG for there brain words.
I am going to forward the recordings to my attorney, and if there is a consumer protection law, I will see that it is enforced for my protection."

"I have received numerous calls from this company, Viable Solutions. I have contacted a Consumer Protection attorney in my area, who advised that this IS a SCAM call and to ignore them. They are targeting people who they believe can be scared into doing what they want. They will call out very old, noncollectable debts to you to sound legitimate and try to tell you they are coming after you with a process server from your county. This has been going on for months now. I'm still working with the attorney to see if we can sue them. I've told them multiple times to stop calling now. Hope this helps someone else out there to not be afraid of these con artist, if they receive a similar call.

The voicemail I just recvd from 502-530-8129: "This is a legal notification for _____ ______. I received an order process to conduct a full investigation to facilitate your current location whereabouts. Once you have been located, this department will pursue you at your residence and or your place of employment. An immediate response is required to avoid allegations being filed with your county. Yourself or your attorney can contact this office @ 847-258-9109. Reference directly to Case # ______. A failure to comply will result in a forfeiture of your rights as well as an admission of guilt. Good luck.""
