"They are obvious and persistent scammers. I confronted them and the caller, a female said that she had been doing the scam for 3 1/2 years. The callers are minions for a scam call center. To them it's just a job."

"They called me about 10 times under an hour and when i picked up they told me to call the exact same number BACK that they had just called me on, so i called back to see if i could be on the do not call list or something, and they said they were from Microsoft tech support even though their voicemail said they were having to do with Medicare somehow. I told them to stop calling me and they just ignored me hung up and i received another call 15 minutes later from them again."

"I received 17 calls from them on March 26, 2019 and again numerous calls again on March 27th regarding an alleged security breach and they claim to be from Microsoft Windows. When I contacted them and my husband contacted them to let them know that we were on the Do Not Call list and asked them to stop calling because my 89-year-old mother lives with us and since she has a heart condition, does not need to hear the phone ringing every half hour. They basically told us "too bad - we're going to keep calling.""
