"Received a msg from unknown number stating they have been trying to "Fax me" and that they have made several attempts, will make one more, then they will serve me at home/business. They gave a number of 855-201-8376 to contact them for a different way to get me the fax. I called that number back from a private number and asked who this was, the women stated "State wide Litigation" very quickly and I didn't hear it all, asked that she repeat that and she said, do you have a case number M'am, or are you returning a call. I said I want to know who this number belongs to and she stated "I already told you that, who are you" I stated "I want to know who this number belongs to, who is your compnay" and she stated "I already gave you that information, now who are you?" I said " you spoke to fast, she then gave me "Statewide Litigation" and asked who I was, I said "Do not call me again" and as she was speaking I hung up on her. PLEASE BE AWARE IF IT IS ANYBODY OTHER THAN A LEGIT COMPANY CALLING THEY WILL GIVE YOU THEIR INFORMATION AND HAVE TO BY LAW.!! I filed bankruptcy back in 2014 on some payday loans but have had non since that time, as reported above some people were called about a payday loan so if that is the case for me they are illegally trying to collect a debt that was wiped clean in Bankruptcy and it is illegal to contact me on those debts. THAT IS WHY THEY DON'T GIVE THEIR INFORMATION AND DON'T CALL WITH A NUMBER THAT IS IDENTIFIABLE."

"I received a voicemail saying they were trying to fax me some information. I called back Wayne told me that I had taken out a 400$ loan from check n go between April 2013 and November 2014 that deposited to a meta bank card. I never paid it back and now the company wanted TO SUE. When I TOLD him I never had a pay day loan with check n go, he said oh don't get hung up on the name it could advance America, speedy cash, ace cash express.... any of those places. I never had one. When I started asking more questions he very quickly said, "see you court bye". He would't give me any information. I called back and a woman answered and said let me get Ms. Johnson for you. It was the same man again. I said can I talk to someone else, he started screaming and say what do I want. I told him I wanted information on the debt so that I could file a police report because I never had a debt so it had be fraud. He wouldn't give me information and immediately hung up. Said the company name was State Investigation Solutions."

"Some guy was trying to get a hold of my sister saying she’s being sued for fraudulent checks and that they’ve been trying to reach her but have been unsuccesful so they are calling me instead. They told me she can call them back at the number I called. 8552018376. I talked to my sis about it and told me they’re fake & it does not pertain to her. These people need to get a life! Do something useful rather than scamming people of their hard earned money!"

When I called this company to inform them that they were given a false phone number, not only was my deceased husband's name stated by them (how did they get it?), I was also abruptly hung up on."

"I have spoke to two individuals. One today name Wayne Phillips. Says they are attempting to serve me, but both parties refuse me any documentation to verify validity. Says I told his last Rep. That I would see them in court - which is what she actually told me, then he hung up on me. Lady Rep said I owed 3k, but would settle for 700. But would NOT provide me any documentation. I honestly don't know if it's a clever scam or not, I guess I'll wait til I'm "served.""
