"This scam caller has had my number for years! It is the same man voice-I'd guess he's african American as he has a bit of an accent. He leaves long messages that make no sense. I believe they want you to call them back, and then the extortion of money will ensue.
For years he called me saying, theres important court documents he's trying to serve me with and I need to call back immeadiately. DON'T FALL FOR IT - ITS ALL A SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!"

"My client received a similar phone call from Ken Wilson stating that he was subject to an audit. I responded to the phone call. The receptionist identified the organization as "PNR Litigation." I identified myself as a lawyer and was put on hold. Eventually, I was disconnected."

"Ken Wilson called leaving a voice mail on my phone. Said I had a suit filed against me. When I questioned him he said he couldn't transfer me to someone who knew anything until I proved who I was. Told him no I'm not giving out my info. I finally gave in and gave him my BD. He transferred me to a women who said a company I never heard of filed suit against me for an account I opened in 2011. Said that I defaulted in 2013 and now owe them $2400, but they would settle for $450. I don't recall the account. She said I would be getting a legal paper stating they were starting court action. They must have purchase my identity because they had my former home address, dob, phone number and the last 4 of my social."
