"Mom's computer screen went red with Security Alert to immediately call 855-666-1991 because the computer has been hacked and is about to shut down. She called, feeling alarmed and frightened. The woman barely English and too fast to keep up with, hurrying her before the computer shut down and they couldn't save it. A man took over her computer to fix it then the woman required a credit card for the $700.00 fee to save the computer. Intimidation let her cave-in to this."
