"These scammers claim to be from Apple"

"Claimed there was a breach on my apple cloud account. I tried to have fun with them. When they asked if they could help me, I said you tell me, you obviously know more than I do about my account. They hung up on me. Go figure. They called 8 times. Total BS. ignore it if you can."

"Problem with my icloud account. Press 1 for technician or 2 to hang up. I pressed two and hung up, but they keep calling. I don't have an apple account!"

"A man called 4 times to say there is a security breach in my cloud account. This was immediately after I was using Word. I was told to reset my apple account password. When I told him I had a chromebook and didn't know any apple account password he told me to visit an Apple store to have it reset. Then he immediately hung up."

"Automated voice named Molly calling regarding a security breach detected in your Icloud account. Before using any of your Apple devices we suggest you talk to a support advisor. Press 1 to talk to one now or press 2 to hang up! I wasn't pressing any buttons I just hung up! They have called 4 times so far. I returnd the call and there was a message from an APPLE store APPLE UTC and they are aware of these unsolicited calls being made with their number. Very frustrating because they keep on calling"

"Caller ID which is easily faked said "Apple Inc" but I knew they'd have no reason to call me. Hell, I've been trying to get in touch with tech support because I found an iPod touch at work. I digress. Cheap sounding text to voice style message was left on my voicemail. Said "calling regarding a breach detected in your Icloud account. Before using any of your Apple devices we suggest you talk to a support advisor. And if I wanted to talk with a Support Advisor press 1". Due to the amount of money apple has I knew they wouldn't use such a cheap sounding system. I don't know how anyone would fall for this scam. This is the company that puts almost as much into designing the packaging of their product as they do the device going into it. They wouldn't want this call representing them publicly. Another big tell is that they called back 4 more times within 2 hours."

"this no kept calling after i told them that i am not an apple user. i block this no and they still kept calling - not sure how it works.
many calls this morning."

"I received 2 calls from this number. They said they were calling from Apple and detected corruption in my icloud and asked me to press 1 for assistance, 2 to hang up. I did neither and manually hung up. I then called Apple --there is no corruption --and reported them. Also reported them to the FTC. I then got a second call and blocked them. DEFINITELY a phishing call. Don't answer it."
