He kept asking how was I feeling, I responded great if it was really true. He asked if I was a legal US resident and if I was married. I asked him what did that have to do with it if I really won. He said we are dealing with a large amount of money here. I hung up. I called them number back and he answered with James White and Publishers House"

He replied they have a drawing with an automatic entry from everyday purchases. I was skeptical, but I've got to give him credit for creativity. Then he asked me to buy a Green.Moneypaktrackcard at Walgreens, and said UPS would be by at 1:30 tomorrow.
I hadn't heard of this card, but I figured it must be a way to wire money by UPS or something like that. So I told him I had to call somebody and didn't call back."
