"Saying I'm being served a summons at home or place of work within 24 hrs. Supervisor will need to be present. Saying it's about pay day loan. I never did no loan thru this company."

"Say I took a short term loan out for $3,000 some odd number back in 2012 from some bank I never heard of? Then when I say send it to my home address they say do I have an attorney? I lied and said yes. Then they ask for the Attorney's name I say I don't have to tell you. Then they say they can't send the mail out because they would rather deal with the Attorney personally. Crazy! Scam!"
