"Came up as At&t spam, but I answered. Robocall saying Kimberly Price was trying to reach me. Call back said Alexander, then tried to get info about a payday loan, threatened me with a warrant, said police would be at my door. Previously, the called and left a voicemail stating they were going to take my car. Refused to give all the legal requirements when collecting a debt, starting with not stating they were a debt collection agency, they were paralegals and refused to give me a company address."

"Called my wife claimed she will be summoned to court by police if she doesn't pay. I called then he says he's calling for me. He proceeded to say my name incorrectly as Mike, then said I owed a debt for a business acct overdraft $3812.63. When asked their address for mailing, Business ID, Proof of Debt and name of original Debtor or bank...wouldn't give and said don't have to. Called back several time three same voices kept saying what you want?
