When I called to find out what this was about, she said it was for a court summons but would not give more info until unless I would clarify my middle name, DOB and SS#. The info they did have was not entirely accurate and I was requested to confirm my SS# from a multiple choice list as well as clarification of my middle name and DOB. She was pleasant enough until I declined to at this time, then stated in a rude authoritarian voice "Fine. I will report you to our legal team."
