"Text message stating they are the Federal Location Agency and I need to call 888-763-7207 to reference a case number to prevent further escalation. I responded to the text and immediately got a phone call from a local number, they left a voice mail from Emily Clark verifying she had received my text response. If I do not respond today they will proceed without my involvement. They are basically asking for my address to serve papers. If you're being served no one calls you ahead of time. They just show up. I reported them to the AG of Illinois and the FCC."
