I called a second time and the guy hung up on me, when I asked him to repeat the name of his company.

The third time I called, I spoke with Kyle who said the office was rosi ackerman and associates .. abunch of a scam artist."

"I asked if their company was a scam and the guy got extremely upset and raised his voice at me. He said "Well I can't even find your phone number in the system so we can't scam you!" I laughed and he hung up on me. His voicemail said his name was Thomas Gates with Priority Legal Caring Services. If you Google them you will see all kinds of scam reports."

"Said he was with caring services or something and was coming to my home or work to serve me with a summons and to be available with 2 forms of ID and if served at work a supervisor or security guard will have to serve as a witness and not to miss the court date. If I want to know who the summons is from to call back. But he never said who the summons was for. Never mentioned a name! These type of calls NEED TO STOP! It has to be against the law to threaten someone with a summons"
