"I googled a number for amazon and this number popped up. I called, they told me a bogus story about a $7,000 watch trying to be purchased in Mexico. They wanted to access to my computer to “fix the problem”. They some how knew certain digits of certain cards of me and my husbands. I finally got ahold of the right amazon number, the young lady called the number and she called them and she said they didn’t answer questions according to “amazon protocol”. I repeatedly called them back to try and speak with a supervisor but they continuously hung up on me. One young man said there company was “silver single” and another one insisted he was an employee of amazon but refused to connect me to someone higher up."
